To ensure a smooth evaluation, kindly mark any items that are NOT for sale with a sticky note or tag. This way, we can avoid including them in the assessment process. We look forward to meeting you and assisting you in making your estate sale a successful and stress-free experience.

Set-up & Staging

Our team of highly trained staff will diligently sort, organize, and price all the items that will be available for sale. Rest assured, we will come fully prepared with tables and displays to showcase your items in the most appealing manner. The Estate Sale

Typically spanning 2-3 days, from Thursday to Saturday, our estate sales are expertly managed by our team. Rest assured, we handle all aspects of the payment process, including collecting sales tax and credit card fees. Your convenience and peace of mind are our top priorities as we strive to create a smooth and enjoyable estate sale experience for both you and your valued customers.

Additional Services

At Timeless Estate Sale, we offer additional optional services that include the removal of unsold items through our Junk Removal Division "TES Junk Removal" and/or professional cleaning to prepare your home for resale. Our goal is to make the entire process seamless and stress-free, providing comprehensive support from start to finish. Let us handle the details, so you can have peace of mind.

The Payout

You can expect to receive a check for the proceeds, accompanied by a meticulously categorized spreadsheet within 5 business days from the conclusion of our services.
